Uclipd provides tools and workflows for clipping long-form video and preparing content for social distribution. Features may change while the product is in pre-production.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you upload, process, or publish.
- You must have rights to use and distribute all media submitted to Uclipd.
- You must comply with platform policies and applicable laws.
Third-Party Platforms
Uclipd can connect to third-party APIs (for example, Instagram and TikTok). Uclipd is not responsible for policy changes, outages, or enforcement decisions by those platforms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uclipd disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uclipd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
